This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Operations Executive based in KOLHAPUR. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Operations Executive with a strong background in chemistry/chemical engineering to join our innovative team at Genesis Solutions India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging technologies and a drive to contribute to our cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Visits and Client Support: Conduct regular visits to client sites to provide technical support, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely, effective solutions. Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Technical Implementation: Assist in the installation, testing, and implementation of technology solutions across specialized domains such as Specialty Chemicals, Paints, Electronics, and Equipment. Ensure all technical solutions adhere to the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Provide on-site support during project implementation phases to ensure the seamless integration of solutions.

• Training and Demonstration: Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our technology solutions effectively.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct product testing and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Document findings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts, progress, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Working Conditions:

• Field Visits: This role requires frequent travel to client sites, both within and outside the KOLHAPUR area. Field visits are an essential part of the job, involving on-site technical support and client interactions.

• Travel Policy: Travel expenses will be covered as per company policy. The role may involve short-notice travel and extended periods on-site, depending on project requirements.

• Vaccination Policy: All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with government guidelines and company policy to ensure the safety of our team and clients.

Eligibility Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Electronics/Chemistry or Chemical/Electrical Engineering / BSc. Chemistry / BTech Chemical Engineering

• Passion for Technology: Strong passion for emerging technologies and their application in chemical engineering and paint technology.

• Experience: Freshers / Entry Level (No Experience mandatory. Candidates with experience welcomed to apply as well.)

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in implementing technology solutions in specialized domains such as Specialty Chemicals and Paints, Electronics, and Equipments.
